Speaker: Professor Andrew Johnston (University of Sheffield)

Andrew Johnston is Professor of Company Law and Corporate Governance at the University of Sheffield. He has also lectured at the Universities of Queensland, Cambridge and Warsaw. Prof. Johnston is the author of EC Regulation of Corporate Governance (2009, Cambridge University Press). Before becoming an academic he practised as a solicitor with Herbert Smith and the Treasury Solicitor.

For all seminars in B16, lunch will be available beforehand in the Basement atrium area. There is no charge for lunch or to attend the seminar.
