The 3CL is established under the aegis of the Faculty of Law. Ultimately the 3CL is responsible to the Faculty Board of Law to which it must submit an annual report and annual statements of income and expenditure.
The 3CL is under the general control of a Committee of Management.
The Director of 3CL is Dr Felix Steffek.
