Professor Eilis Ferran, 3CL/St Catharine's College, presented the third in the series of work in progress seminars entitled "Corporate Attribution and the Directing Mind and Will".  The seminar took place on Tuesday 19th January 2010 at 1pm in the Faculty of Law. 

Dr David Fox, 3CL/St John's College, presented a work in progress seminar entitled "Ownership and Control in Defined Benefit Pension Schemes".  The seminar took place on Tuesday 26th January 2010 at 1pm in the Faculty of Law.

Professor Anita Anand, University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, gave a lunchtime seminar entitled "Should Securities Regulators Care about Systematic Risk?".  The seminar took place on Tuesday 9th February 2010 at 1pm in the Faculty of Law.

Professor Chris Nicholls, University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law, gave a lunchtime seminar entitled "Blinded by the Light: 'Stock Responses', 'Irrelevant Associations', and Financial Regulatory Reform".  The seminar took place on Tuesday 9th March 2010 at 1pm in the Faculty of Law.

Dr Matthew Conaglen, Cambridge University, Faculty of Law, gave a work in progress seminar to law faculty members to the title of "Difficulties with Tracing Backwards".  The seminar took place on Friday 22nd October 2010 at 12.30pm in the Faculty of Law.

Dr Peter Turner, Cambridge University, Faculty of Law, gave a work in progress seminar to law faculty members to the title of "Degrees of Property".  The seminar took place on Friday 12th November 2010 at 12.30pm in the Faculty of Law.

Professor Steven Schwarcz (Duke Law School and Leverhulme Visiting Professor, University of Oxford) gave a lunchtime seminar to the title of "Regulating Systemic Risk".  The seminar took place Wednesday 24th November 2010 at 1pm in the Faculty of Law.
